Attacking the US Constitution: The Re-Education of America

In the textbook “United States History: Preparing for the Advanced Placement Examination” that is taught in United States history courses in public schools, has re-written the 2nd Amendment.

According to the textbook: “The people have a right to keep and bear arms in a state militia.”

The 2nd Amendment actually reads : “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

In May of this year, President Obama was speaking in Denver on his campaign to end our 2nd Amendment.

He said: “You hear some of these quotes: ‘I need a gun to protect myself from the government.’ ‘We can’t do background checks because the government is going to come take my guns away.’ Well, the government is us. These officials are elected by you. They are elected by you. I am elected by you. I am constrained, as they are constrained, by a system that our Founders put in place.”

With regard to Obamacare, the US Supreme Court decided against the US Constitution when they upheld the socialized medicine mandate.

As outlined in the Commerce Clause in the US Constitution states: “[The Congress shall have Power] to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes.”

This means that the US government cannot force its citizens to purchase a service from a corporation.

Semate Minority Whip Jon Kyl explained back in March of this 2012, with regard to Obamacare: “. . . since the Constitution was designed to preserve the freedom of the people and their sovereignty over the government, if the government can’t draw a line beyond which its power cannot extend, than we have just confirmed or the Supreme Court will have confirmed an all-powerful government which is not what the founders intended.”

In 2012, while speaking at Northwestern University School of Law (NUSL), Attorney General Eric Holder claimed that the US Constitution the federal government to assassinate US citizens living abroad if they are plotting terrorist attacks against other Americans.

Holder outlined a test for determining a domestic terrorist, who also happens to be a US citizen.

• After careful review, government determines the level of imminent threat of violent attack against America.
• Capture is not possible.
• The killing would be consistent with the laws of war.

Holder said: “We must take steps to stop them in full accordance with the Constitution. In this hour of danger, we simply cannot afford to wait until deadly plans are carried out — and we will not. Any decision to use lethal force against a United States citizen — even one intent on murdering Americans and who has become an operational leader of al-Qaeda in a foreign land — is among the gravest that government leaders can face.”

At NUSL, Holder asserted: “The unfortunate reality is that our nation will likely continue to face terrorist threats that, at times, originate with our own citizens. When such individuals take up arms against this country and join al-Qaida in plotting attacks designed to kill their fellow Americans, there may be only one realistic and appropriate response.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has defined Constitutional Americans are domestic terrorists. More than 300,000 US citizens have been termed a “non-violent terrorist” that is dangerous because they are “sovereigns, zealots who refuse to recognize government authority in virtually any form.”

Sovereign citizens are classified as:

• Believing US Federal Notes have no value
• Believing precious metals are “valid currency”
• Do not believe that they must pay taxes
• Will become violent when confronted by local police
• Do not obey state or federal laws
• Do not recognize federal or local governmental authority

The Federal Bureau of Investigations have called the sovereign movement members “paper terrorists” who fight foreclosure with demonstrations, “filing phony deed claims”, and “squat” in foreclosed homes.

Local police in North Carolina are being trained on how to deal with sovereign citizens because they are recognized as a “domestic terrorist movement.”

According to a highly-circulated video, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is training their agents that the Founding Fathers were terrorists who began a war against their British benefactors. The intimation is that those Americans today that agree with this mindset are potential terrorists.

DHS has released a paper, published by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), which outlines that this think-tank was “tasked by the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate with using state-of-the-art theories, methods, and data from the social and behavioral sciences to improve understanding of the origins, dynamics, and social and psychological impacts of terrorism.”
According to the paper, “the importance of understanding terrorism in the United States assumed heightened prominence in the wake of 9-11 . . . surprisingly little is known about general patterns of terrorist attacks in the United States, including where attacks are most likely to occur.”

Clearly, START explains that an American that adheres to the “extreme right-wing” ideology is a “potential terrorist”.

The document states: “Extreme Right-Wing: groups that believe that one’s personal and/or national ‘way of life’ is under attack and is either already lost or that the threat is imminent (for some the threat is from a specific ethnic, racial, or religious group), and believe in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism. Groups may also be fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation), anti-global, suspicious of centralized federal authority, reverent of individual liberty, and believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.”

The philosophy that creates the extreme right-wing terrorist is religion. Indeed: “Religious: groups that seek to smite the purported enemies of God and other evildoers, impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists), forcibly insert religion into the political sphere (e.g., those who seek to politicize religion, such as Christian Reconstructionists and Islamists), and/or bring about Armageddon (apocalyptic millenarian cults; 2010: 17). For example, Jewish Direct Action, Mormon extremist, Jamaat-al-Fuqra, and Covenant, Sword and the Arm of the Lord (CSA) are included in this category.”

Conversely, the other side of the pendulum – “left-wing extremists” could be just as dangerous. The paper states: “Extreme Left-Wing: groups that want to bring about change through violent revolution rather than through established political processes. This category also includes secular left-wing groups that rely heavily on terrorism to overthrow the capitalist system and either establish “a dictatorship of the proletariat” (Marxist-Leninists) or, much more rarely, a decentralized, non-hierarchical political system (anarchists).”

Rumors and leaked information continue to abound; reiterating the disturbing fact that 25% of current active duty members of the US Armed Forces would be willing to shoot on American citizens if ordered to do so.

Mainstream media have continued to demonize Americans, who believe in the US Constitution, want the current government to be replaced with an administration that will uphold the tenants of the Founding Fathers.

At a recent US Army Reserve Equal Opportunity training seminar entitled, “Extremism and Extremist Organizations” white supremacist groups were coupled with the Muslim Brotherhood, the entire nation of Islam and evangelical Christians.

As numbers of followers continue to grow in America, those conducting the talk distributed materials that correlate all religious groups as potentially dangers to the current administration – as well as orthodox Jews and explained how these extremist organizations must be remedied.

By stating that the Christian faith and foundational belief system is comparable to Shariah law is an elaboration that “every religion has some followers that believe that their beliefs, customs and traditions are the only ‘right way’ and that all others practicing their faith the ‘wrong way.”

It is a constant of the Obama administration that patriots/constitutionalists/evangelicals are labeled as extremists who must be dealt with before they enact centralized terrorism against the American public.
