The Environmental Management Division of Volusia County is sponsoring great outdoor educational programs about the county’s conservation lands and land management practices. This Saturday, July 22nd, is the Explore Volusia Bike About at Lake Beresford in DeLand. You can expect to uncover facts about the local environment and the importance of the springs during this bicycling tour of Lake Beresford Park while riding a segment of the Spring-to-Spring Trail. Reservations should be made by calling 386-736-5927. This is just one of many Explore Volusia programs offered by the county.
