- The Picasso Project - More than 50 ceramic works of art by 20th century master artist Pablo Picasso are showcased in this once-in-a-lifetime exhibition.
- Greek and Russian Icons from the Permanent Collection - Various forms of the traditional Greek and Russian religious icons from the mid 17th century to the 20th century are presented - from small paintings on wood to the more elaborate and intricately carved works.
- Duncan McClellan Glass - More than 25 engraved glass works by Contemporary Florida glass artist Duncan McClellan.
- Cracker: The Cracker Culture in Florida History - Explores the myth of Florida's rural settlers, known as Crackers, through text panels and original cracker artifacts. Cooper moonshine mills, covered wagons, and a cracker store facade are just a few of the objects on display.
- Gabriel Carrelli: 19th Century Watercolors - On loan from the Mint Museum of Art the exhibition showcases the work of 19th century landscape artist Gabriel Carrelli.
- Adam's Rib: Sexual Mythology and the Roles of Women in Art - Through a collection of works on canvas, this exhibit explores the way women are pictures in Western Culture by male artists.
- Processing the Image: The Art of Printmaking - This exhibition of 52 works provides an overview of standard types of printmaking - relief, intaglio, lithography and stencil - from famous printmakers including Albrecht Durer, Man Ray, and Graham Sutherland.
- A Silver Setting: Victorian Silver 1860-1890 - A selection of 19th century silver and silver plate objects featuring ornate bun warmers, water pitchers, tea services, inkwells, and other decorative art objects.
- The Antique Annual - The Museum presents its 4th annual Antique Show and Sale featuring more than 20 national and international antique dealers, appraisal opportunities, and more.
- The Paintings of Margaret Tolbert - Margaret Tolbert, well known Florida artist, captures the exotic images of the Middle east in her large scale works on canvas.
- Martin Johnson Heade Botanical Sketches - Collection of botanical sketches produced in Florida during the 19th century by Martin Johnson Heade. On special loan from the St. Augustine Historical Society.
