Once you have RealPlayer installed, you can choose from 2 different formats.   Choose 28.8 if you are on a standard modem connection.  This will give you a low quality & quick download.   Choose ISDN / T1 if you have a faster connection (ISDN, T1, or Cable).  This will give you higher quality.

Mp3 is a high quality format and is fairly small to download.  In order to hear the Mp3 format, you need to have an Mp3 player, such as WinAMP.
