Holly Hill: Industry and Shopping Outside Daytona Beach
Holly Hill is adjacent to Daytona Beach. Modern day Holly Hill is known mostly for industry. There are three main areas for shopping, accessible from Nova Road directly into town, Ridgewood Avenue, and from the Holly Hill exit off I-95, at LPGA Blvd. Nova Road leads to shopping centers, LPGA Boulevard has medical, industrial and various businesses, and Ridgewood Avenue leads to single-owner establishments and antique malls.

Florida's farmers are a staple to Volusia County, for the local produce is some of the best in Florida - due to the rich soil content. Organically grown vegetables are gaining in popularity as well, for they lack the pesticides, are fresh and less worrisome than supermarket bought produce from other countries. They also tend to be more affordable than supermarket organic produce.
One wouldn't expect a vineyard in Holly Hill, yet there is a local man named Jim Wilson who grows muscadine grapes, and exotic fruits and vegetables. This is one unique place for people to find sweet grapes ripe for the picking. Customers can pick their own grapes during the first few weeks in August. The farm yields red-ripe tomatoes that are popular with the local folk as well.
