This work has been a labor of love and she is very
proud of her work, in which she
has taken great delight. She presents the history as a parent would a fond child,
asking that it be received without expressions of dislike over its imperfections,
but would be very pleased to have words of approval from those who have
longed for its appearance and hope it proves not a disappointment.
MOTTO
I expect to pass
this way but once;
Any good therefore
that I can do,
or any kindness that I can
show to any fellow creature,
let me do it now,
let me not defer or
neglect it,
for I shall not pass
this way again.
-- The Author
"Do not squander Time
That is what Life is made of..."
Smile
The Worlds like a mirror,
Reflecting what you do,
And if you face it smiling
It smiles right back at you.
A smile is like a little wedge
That often keeps us from the edge
Of getting sad and feeling blue,
I love to see a smile, dont you?
Let me be a little kinder
let me be a little blinder
To the faults of those about me,
let me praise a little more.
Let me be a little meeker
with the brother that is weaker;
Let me think more of my neighbor
and a little less of me.
Are you lonely, O my brother?
Share your little with another!
Stretch a hand to one unfriended,
And your loneliness is ended. -Anon
